Each apartment has a public network telephone line, and
there is the possibility of adding another connection
to the telephone network. |

There is a cable service that must be hired directly with
a private company. It is not included in the rental fee. |

Telephone access through Racsa or
cable modem. It is not included in the rental fee.

supply
We assure
drinking water supply by means of a private well for
the whole Condo. Each house has an independent system
that can be connected with the systems in the other
houses to assure at most the water supply. |

A modern system distributes electricity to the apartments
with a maximum safety. |

The kitchen is fully equipped: it
has everything necessary for your comfort.
